Originally known as K.W. Johnston Real Estate, our company was founded in 1975 by Ken and Ann Johnston, as a family-owned and operated real estate firm. In 1993, their son Sheldon began managing the brokerage, and in 2005, Sara MacLennan joined the team as marketing director. After a number of years with an International Franchise, we went back to our indie roots and Sara and Sheldon founded Liv Real Estate®.
